Putting it all together: Institutional transformation

Pivotal have a remarkable track record in creating profound sustained change in some very tricky environments. We work with colleges in challenging circumstances, schools in Special Measures and institutions in crisis as well as some of the top independent schools. We have the capacity to run simultaneous live training for large numbers of delegates, intensive coaching projects for large departments with training and support for management. We know each set of circumstances is unique. We work with schools and colleges to create gradual or accelerated change. We work to your outcomes, your budget and your timescale. Trainers embed our work within core practice and leave you with the capacity to sustain improvements.

To give you an idea Pivotal are currently working with New College Nottingham across 12 sites in the city on Behaviour Improvement, one of the largest Academies in the UK on a 2 year transformational change project, 3 Primary schools in a Federation in Hackney and a group of 8 schools (KS1 - KS4) in Wolverhampton on an innovative speaking and listening project.

This was the best training I have done in a long while and although I consider myself to be quite skilled at behaviour management, I came away refreshed and inspired with new ideas about how to approach different situations. The training was outstanding and we are looking forward to future training with you.
