"The Maths Department have been really excited about the work that has been developing with Darrell. His impact in the department has been so positive. He has coached us to help the department find their own solutions to the issues we have"
Our coaching projects that embedd the ideas from INSET have the greatest impact on classroom teaching. Book our trainers to come in and work intensively with staff to make a measurable difference to the quality of teaching.
Pivotal trainers have led institutions out of ‘Special Measures’, turned round aspects from ‘Notices to Improve’ and created revolutionary change in the most difficult circumstances.
This course was in a different league to others I have attended. The presenter’s knowledge and experience was used very effectively to illustrate this vast subject and to identify real people in real situations. I could have done with this training twenty years ago! ![]()
David Chalmers, Hospitality Lecturer, North Nottinghamshire College
Paul Dix came in to train all staff in Moving from Good to Outstanding. There were some real lightbulb moments for staff during the training. Two weeks later we were inspected by HMI. Two staff, who had never before received an outstanding in any observation, got Outstanding that day. The training was excellent. ![]()
