Paul Dix came in to train all staff in Moving from Good to Outstanding. There were some real lightbulb moments for staff during the training. Two weeks later we were inspected by HMI. Two staff, who had never before received an outstanding in any observation, got Outstanding that day. The training was excellent.

Pivotal work with teachers and lecturers who are training as well as those who are qualified and highly experienced. We train vocational tutors in FE studying on DTLLS programmes, Teach First Graduates, PGCE and BEd students, Teaching Assistants and Higher Level TAs as well as qualified teachers who are building their basic skills to improve OFSTED and/or internal gradings.
