I have to say it has helped me a lot and I have seen a difference in the students I work with. Incidentally, the boy in my case study made it all worthwhile at the end of term when he turned to me during an ICT lesson and simply said 'You’re awesome Miss!'. I answered by saying 'Well, you’ve helped me too and it shows that we can learn from each other. Never be afraid to ask for help - you know I will help you if you need me to.' He said thank you and beamed!"
