Restorative Justice: Repairing the Harm

Pivotal provide cutting edge training tailored to your institution. Our trainers come to you.  Sample agendas are available on request. We don't 'train and run', we build sustainable practice that works for the long term. All our training can be booked with coaching & mentoring.

Restorative Justice is an approach whose time has come. At Pivotal Education we know that for real change to take place it is as essential to the perpetrators face up to their own responsibilities in a realistic and reflective manner. The Pivotal course will demonstrate that it is possible to help the perpetrators come to terms with the reality of their own behaviour, the reality of the impact of their behaviour on the victims, and, to take practical steps towards rehabilitation.
