Pivotal's Train the Trainers programme is intensive and rigorous.  Our trainers are not just exceptional in front of an audience, they are able to deconstruct the skills and strategies that are essential for effective training.  Moreover, we train teachers how to enthuse all delegates: even those who come to the training guarded and unsure.

Through a well structured and assessed training programme, we turn out trainers who are able to change hearts and minds and to deliver bespoke training programmes that inspire.

This is not PowerPoint driven training: our standards are very much higher.  We train trainers to deliver active, stimulating and thought-provoking training where the screen is replaced by something more engaging: passionate people.

We aim to develop training skills well above the average.  We produce trainers who are able to tailor courses for different audiences and to respond to the changing needs of the institution.

Delegates on our Train the Trainers programme undergo a detailed skills assessment.  They are assessed on their practical delivery of behaviour management training: design, content, execution and impact.  Trainers are monitored throughout the programme so that the support they are given can be tailored to their individual needs.

The style of delivery and course content was delivered in an imaginative way to engage all participants. The whole course was very pertinent to our training needs.
