Absolute Consistency is a whole school strategy and training programme that will inspire your staff, engage your students and transform behaviour.  Absolute Consistency binds your staff together as never before to take control of and change behaviour. This is heart and minds transformation that will affect daily practice for years to come. Inspirational live training and a sustained blended training model creates transformational change over 12 months.  The AC Program ripples consistency through the institution starting with the management teams. The result is a wall of Consistency supported by all adults that transforms behaviour of adults and children alike.
 
This was the best training I have done in a long while and although I consider myself to be quite skilled at behaviour management, I came away refreshed and inspired with new ideas about how to approach different situations. Package includes:

  • Full day visit to learn about your circumstances and meet key staff
  • Training for senior and middle management (half day minimum, ideally full day)
  • Live training event (Full day)
  • Online training for all staff
  • Coaching for one faculty to embed and model changes in practice (5 days)
  • Follow up live training event (Twilight or half day to suit)
  • Individual coaching and mentoring for up to 12 staff  



The INSET session with Paul Dix this week was fantastic. Staff were enthused and engaged throughout the 2 hour session. One commented to me that 'this is how INSET should be; entertaining, useful and practical, giving us ideas that we can immediately implement'.
